We're currently seeking Production Associates to excel in the following roles:
- Pack Operators: Responsible for operations of the pack equipment, processing, packing products and sanitation duties to maintain food safety requirements and ensure compliance within the pack department to support the production process. This role plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient packaging of our products.
Responsible for following all personnel, equipment,
and food safety, HACCP, GMP, Sanitation, and
Division, rules, regulations, and all Safety Policies.
Responsible for Customer Specifications on flour
packed.
Responsible for COA loadout analysis documentation
and correct/accurate COA's and Bill of Ladings sent to
customers.
Responsible for the safe operation of the Packer, Load
out equipment. Must be able to operate a forklift.
Responsible for ensuring that Sack Flour Vessels
meet HACCP, Sanitation, and Food Safety
Requirements.
Responsible for Packer sanitation/contamination.
Responsible for pulling correct flours or flour blends
from designated storage bins to drop load bins.
Responsible for applying correct ingredients to flour
pulls.
Responsible for Conformance to Customer, Plant,
Divisional, Corporate, Regulatory, HACCP, Food
Safety, and Sanitation requirements.
Responsible for accuracy and integrity of record
keeping, Pack reports, incident reporting, Master
Sanitation Schedules, Loadout Sifter Reports, loadout
analysis reports and records, and miscellaneous
reports.
Must perform routine pm’s and assist maintenance
with repairs.
Responsible for sanitation in the Packer and
warehouse.
Responsible for communicating to supervisors and
department personnel.
Responsible for maintaining a positive working
relationship with coworkers, and supervisors.
Ability to handle pressure and stress.
Ability to follow verbal and or written instructions
Reliable attendance. Ability to work weekends, overtime, and holidays.

Physical requirements and working conditions (with or without reasonable accommodation):
Must be able to ascend and descend stairs, multiple times per day
Climb ladder, step and extension
Able to lift to 50 pounds and exert 20 pounds of force
Frequently stand, walk, rotate, bend/stoop, twist, crouch, kneel, balance and reach at shoulder level and below shoulder level
Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50 lbs., kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting safely, with or without a reasonable accommodation

COMPETITIVE COMPENSATION:
We provide market-driven base pay, based on skills, abilities, and level of experiences. Our salary ranges are broad, and individual salary will be market competitive based on a candidate’s unique set of skills and level of experience. The starting range for this position is $21.80 - $29.24, with additional earning potential possible commensurate with experience. Additionally, we believe that our team members are the reason for our success and all team members are incentive eligible with a target based on contribution, company performance, and individual results achieved. While the specific bonus plan and target amount will be determined based on the role and breadth of contributions, the targeted bonus plan and targeted percentage amount for this role is Primes - OIP, 5% Annual.
