WHAT AMBR BAKERY MAKES:

AMBR makes baked goods that feature swirling, marbling and advanced topping capabilities as well as enrobing breads in grains, seeds, corn meal, cinnamon sugar and more. They can produce multiple pan sizes, including half and mini loaves for over 35 SKUs. In total they make 48,000 loaves of bread each day.

WHERE AMBR GETS ITS FLOUR:

AMBR has access to flour and ingredients across the entire breadth of the Ardent Mills portfolio. That includes 40 mills across the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico as well as the AMBR blending facility in Arlington, Oregon.
