What Port Allen Makes:

Port Allen makes two different blends of flour, that are used to make an assortment of finished products. Port Allen ships to many local bakeries who support making local products including New Orleans Famous Po-Boy breads.

Where does Port Allen get its wheat?

Port Allen gets Spring and Winter wheat from the Midwest regions of the United States. We help distribute high quality flour to customers in Louisiana and Mississippi.

Giving Back:

The Ardent Mills Port Allen team strives partner and participate in numerous community events throughout the year. The Port Allen team has given back to our community through toy drives, sponsorships, participating in food drives, and serving food to the homeless communities.
