The Stockton Plant makes many different blends of white patent flour that is used for making primarily breads, tortillas, pizzas, and bagels.

Where does Stockton get its wheat?

The Stockton Plant sources all of its wheat from the United States, primarily from the Midwest and Dakotas. We do receive about 20% of our wheat from locally grown, unique California wheat.
